FREE SHIPPING ON ALL U.S. ORDERS
We offer fast, tracked delivery across the United States using Purolator and partnered couriers.
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days.
Most orders ship within 48 hours of placement. In rare cases, dispatch may take up to 7 business days. During holiday periods or major promotional events, delivery times may be extended due to increased volume and courier delays.
Please note: Due to recent import policy changes implemented under the current U.S. administration, some shipments may be subject to additional courier-applied fees such as duties, taxes, or import processing charges at delivery. These extra costs are not included at checkout and must be paid by the customer.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU ORDER
• A confirmation email is sent immediately after placing your order.
• A second email with tracking information is sent once your package ships.
• If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.

Once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier, Mystery Jerseys is no longer liable for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. Ownership and responsibility for the parcel transfer to the customer at the moment of shipment.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged by third-party carriers. This includes issues arising from incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, courier disruptions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Courier delays, seasonal volume, weather, and customs procedures may affect transit times.
While we strive to use the shipping method selected at checkout, Mystery Jerseys may use an alternative courier if necessary for reliability or speed. Courier substitutions will not change your shipping charges or delivery priority.
Some international shipments may include limited or no tracking depending on the carrier. Lack of tracking updates does not indicate a lost shipment unless confirmed undeliverable by the carrier.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, we will support you in communicating with the carrier and providing documentation, but we are not obligated to replace or refund the order once it has shipped.
DUTIES, TAXES, AND EXTRA FEES
Mystery Jerseys is not responsible for any duties, taxes, courier brokerage fees, or other import-related charges that may be applied to U.S. shipments. These charges are determined by government and courier regulations and are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders refused or returned due to unpaid duties or fees will not be refunded.
